Founder & Managing Director
As Founder and Managing Director of Zrinpro, Daniel Zrinski leads the strategic direction of the business while remaining closely involved in the delivery of complex painting, façade remediation, and difficult-access projects across Australia.
With a specialist background in painting and access solutions, Daniel built Zrinpro from the ground up with a strong focus on workmanship, reliability, client relationships, and solving challenging access problems that many contractors are unable or unwilling to undertake.
Over the years, Daniel has led the delivery of major high-rise repainting, façade remediation, waterproofing, concrete and render repair, protective coating, and building upgrade projects across some of Sydney’s most recognised residential and commercial buildings. His extensive experience in rope access, swing stages, and difficult-access environments has been instrumental in establishing Zrinpro’s reputation as a specialist contractor for technically challenging projects.

Under Daniel’s leadership, Zrinpro has evolved beyond its painting and access foundations into a comprehensive painting, remedial, façade, and difficult-access company, supported by strong operational systems, technical expertise, and Class 2 building capabilities.
Daniel works closely with strata managers, building managers, engineers, consultants, asset owners, and construction partners to develop practical solutions that balance technical requirements, access challenges, quality, programme, and commercial outcomes.
His commitment to quality and continuous improvement has contributed to Zrinpro receiving multiple industry awards, including recognition from the Master Painters Association for major high-rise, difficult-access, and façade projects.

As National Operations Manager at Zrinpro, Daniella Zrinski plays a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, efficiency, and professionalism are maintained across the business.
With extensive experience in operational management, administration, compliance, and project coordination, Daniella is responsible for supporting Zrinpro’s site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, project schedules, resources, and day-to-day operations across a diverse portfolio of painting, façade remediation, building maintenance, and difficult-access projects.
Working closely with clients, strata managers, building managers, consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders, Daniella helps ensure each project is carefully planned, effectively communicated, and delivered in accordance with the agreed scope, programme, safety requirements, and quality standards.
